Peregryn and existing owners
In 2026, Ultima’s official web address began redirecting to Peregryn Motors. Peregryn says it has acquired the Ultima IP, rights and tooling and plans to build completed cars in the United States.
For existing owners, Peregryn says it will support older Ultimas as far as possible, while warning that some legacy parts may be obsolete and availability or support cannot be guaranteed. UltimaInfo remains independent.
